Excellent level of service, more importantly honest and trustworthy. These folks run their business professionally, they do great work, and while a septic repair is never very cheap they were priced very fairly and better than other companies. Puget Sound Septic is the only septic company I will work with and refer my clients to.

I had a septic tank pump out. The guys were very, very informative and professional as well as courteous and respectful of my property. I'm impressed with how much I learned from the crew who came to my home that day and I couldn't recommend them and their bosses and office staff more highly.

Had alarm and was due for pumping. They came out same day. Since I'd called in morning they didn't add a same day charge was nice. The pump crew was on time, good communication with text messages. Did good job. Later Josh diagnosed the fault, found a faulty float sensor and replaced it. Prices were fair and seemed reasonable. I appreciated they behaved professionally and looked it, they had uniforms. Highly recommended.

Septic pumping done right. Previous septic companies did not inform me of a second lid to tank that also needed to be cleaned out. Ryell was knowledgeable, on time and professional. I will use Puget Sound Septic for my septic needs going forward.

I want to thank Josh and Puget Sound Septic. First off, he was very helpful in providing information over the phone. Other companies I reached out to had call center receptionists that were not able to answer my questions. Josh was even able to give me an exact quote over the phone to fix the issue I had.The problem ended up being more difficult than what Josh probably anticipated, so he and his crew had to stay late (really late) to get it done. Not only that, but the price stayed the same as was quoted.Thank you so much for the hard and honest work you did!

Very knowledgeable, great to work with. We have called the yuck truck a couple times since living here. This time was for septic system inspection and pump as we are moving. Unfortunately they don't service where we will be moving.😔 They have always been very professional with a side of sarcasm 🤣 Definitely recommend!

These guys are amazing! Josh and the crew sucked out a bunch of sewage in Seattle from the crawlspace in no time! They are professional and clean, treated everyone kindly and clear. I’m definitely hiring them again if I ever have a sewer back up in the crawlspace

When we needed help, the Yuk Truck came through. Josh’s team battled the rain and worked relentlessly to get the job done. Rael and Trey were already ten hours into a long day, with another two hours waiting for them at their next stop. Their work ethic, perseverance, and dedication are nothing short of remarkable. Everyday heroes.

Great communication and flexibility

They discovered a clogged line in our septic system and worked until it was flushed out and functioning correctly, tree roots and mud and a large rock that had to be moved. Also went above and dug out a patch of crocosmia they saw me working on. Took a lot of work and time.

They were great and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and completed the septic pump very quickly. They made the least mess possible while digging it up and repatched it afterwards. Very friendly and would definitely use them again in the future. Yuk Truck for the win! 🥇

Josh’s crew is top notch! It’s not just that they found and fixed my drainfield issue, but when they dug they peeled the grass up so it could be put back just as it was and they put the dirt on tarps. We could barely tell they were there. If you don’t start with these folks at least get a second opinion from them.

Anytime I have a septic issues I always call Puget Sound Septic. They showed up today fully expecting to do warranty work with no questions asked. Turns out it was a pump issue that had nothing to do with their previous visit. They stand behind their work and are a pleasure to work with.

I called Puget Sound Septic for what I thought would be a routine pumping of my septic tank. They showed up on time, which these days doesn't happen too often. When the lid was pried off the 1st tank, the level of yuck was just short of overflowing. Same for the next tank, and the pump tank. The diagnosis was that the pump wasn't working, and hadn't been for quite some time. The master Yucker came of later that SAME DAY, confirmed the pump was shot and installed a new pump. This is on the same day that I was scheduled for a 1 hour routine appointment. I was quite impressed with the knowledge of these people, how they really worked hard to get the problem solved, and how they explained everything to me very patiently. This will be my go to Septic company for life.

I had my septic system inspected and pumped. Making the appointment was quick and easy. The crew came on time and ready to go. I had a lot of questions about the inspection process and they were all answered well. The report came back quickly too, an important part when selling a home. Josh and his team were wonderful. I sought him out for a second opinion after another provider was quick to tell me I likely needed a whole new system. Josh was able to diagnose and fully resolve the issue by installing a new pump. He is honest, knowledgable and very on top of communication throughout the process. Have already recommended him to neighbors!

Sepric repair. Really saved my.bacon. I had another company tell me I needed a new Leach field.and these guys were able to make repairs and saved me thousands and thousands of dollars. The work was very well done,.no corners cut and they kept me informed . They worked late into the night.and still cleaned upI would never use anyone else on a septic system.
