I’m gonna give a honest no BS review…I called several other septic service companies (including the one I’ve been using for the last 15 years and have nothing bad to say about them) but had an emergency late in the day and called 3 other companies before calling PUGET SOUND SEPTIC and got a “let me take your information and a technician will call you back to schedule” Only 1 of the 3 called me back hours later but by that time PUGET SOUND SEPTIC had already arrived at my house…. Pumped all my tanks out…. And diagnosed my problem and stayed 7 HOURS After their scheduled quitting time (until Midnight) to get me all dialed in fully! I’m above and beyond please with this company and they have most definitely received a new customer FOR LIFE 100%Thank You Josh and Kristy for going above and beyond. That service on such short notice almost doesn’t exist these days.

All of a sudden we needed our septic tank pumped ASAP. I called and was able to get a next day appointment. The employees came out were very professional did a great job and the price was very good also.

They fit me in when I had an emergency! They were very kind, educated me on the problem and didn't try to sell me a service I didn't need. I will definitely use Puget Sound Septic again!

Great experience from start to finish. Josh and his team were quick to respond, give me an estimate and answer questions. They walked me through accessing my tank lids and gave me options for having them dug. They arrived on time, were friendly, efficient and answered my many questions about our septic system. From my very first conversation with Josh, I knew I was dealing with someone who genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Before I had even agreed to have them come out, Josh spent time troubleshooting the issue with me over the phone, answering my questions, and walking me through what might be going on. There was absolutely no pressure, just knowledgeable, helpful advice. That alone gave me a great feeling about hiring them.Josh did not disappoint. Josh from Puget Sound Septic has come to service our system several times now, both times out within hours. He's incredibly professional, knows what he's doing, quick to diagnose and fix issues and shares with us exactly what he's doing and what to expect. I can't recommend him and Puget Sound Septic enough.

Two member crew came out and pumped our septic system. Checked everything that was outside made sure it needed to be pumped before they pumped it. They communicated very well and politely. Very pleased with the outcome and the price. They recommended a few things and I’ll be able to take care of them myself. They even got me in earlier than they had scheduled me because I needed it done sooner than later. Thank you Josh, Rael and Brenden.
