Josh from Puget Sound Septic has come to service our system several times now, both times out within hours. He's incredibly professional, knows what he's doing, quick to diagnose and fix issues and shares with us exactly what he's doing and what to expect. I can't recommend him and Puget Sound Septic enough.

Two member crew came out and pumped our septic system. Checked everything that was outside made sure it needed to be pumped before they pumped it. They communicated very well and politely. Very pleased with the outcome and the price. They recommended a few things and I’ll be able to take care of them myself. They even got me in earlier than they had scheduled me because I needed it done sooner than later. Thank you Josh, Rael and Brenden.

The lead guy was very good.

It was late at night when the water in the sink stopped draining. Didn't have much time to get it fixed with the shower running and dishwasher going. They took my message on short notice and had a crew out there in about an hour. Showed them where the septic was and they took care of the rest. Tank needed pumping and there was now a clog needing to be broken up. Work completed another hour later. Crisis averted, dishes clean, and toilets flushing.Friendly guys and fast work done well.

Josh did a great job. It was an after hours job, of course and they were out 1.5 hours after our call. He found the issue and took care of it. His clean out and addition of a new filter was fast and effective. We appreciated his help.

We're selling our house and had a septic drain field issue that needed to get cleared up on a short timeline, and Puget Sound Septic totally came through for us. Josh was there the morning after we placed the call, spent the morning excavating and diagnosing the problem, and figured out exactly what needed to be done. Even better, he had the supplies and the help on hand to be able to make the repairs then and there, and got the system fully operational by mid-afternoon. Then he went ahead and did a full system inspection & report for the time-of-transfer permit we needed to clear the system for sale with the county health department. Throughout the process, he was extremely professional, informative, and willing to go the extra mile for me at every turn. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of septic system service or repairs. 10-out-of-5 stars, no joke.

Called to get some septic work fixed after an inspection. Every single company immediately tried to sell a new system. They came out next day and were able to repair for my client. Honest and trustworthy. Explained the process and system. Would use them for any future client repairs from here out. Amazing customer service as well! Referred to a fellow agent already. My new go to company. Would trust if something needed replacement or repair knowing they gave it their all to fix if possible.

Got same-day septic tank pumping service in the Black Diamond area, they texted me ahead of time letting me know a time window, then texted again giving me an ETA when the pump crew was on the way. They arrived at the stated time, were friendly and professional and got the job done at a reasonable rate. I would use them again.

The two young men did a great job pumping and washing our septic tank. They used their own water hose to connect to our water source and wash the septic tank. Fast and efficient job.

Excellent level of service, more importantly honest and trustworthy. These folks run their business professionally, they do great work, and while a septic repair is never very cheap they were priced very fairly and better than other companies. Puget Sound Septic is the only septic company I will work with and refer my clients to.

I had a septic tank pump out. The guys were very, very informative and professional as well as courteous and respectful of my property. I'm impressed with how much I learned from the crew who came to my home that day and I couldn't recommend them and their bosses and office staff more highly.

Had alarm and was due for pumping. They came out same day. Since I'd called in morning they didn't add a same day charge was nice. The pump crew was on time, good communication with text messages. Did good job. Later Josh diagnosed the fault, found a faulty float sensor and replaced it. Prices were fair and seemed reasonable. I appreciated they behaved professionally and looked it, they had uniforms. Highly recommended.
