They had to reschedule me due to a large job they received, but they were consistently in contact and when they came to pump, they were very nice and polite, and even help me understand how to take care of my own septic system and engaged and talk to my kids, which was amazing! I highly recommend them. They were a very family friendly company and did a great job!

Not only did they pump my tank, but also went the extra mile to help remove my clog and further diagnose what caused it so I can proactively get it sorted before it happens again.Josh was absolutely wonderful to work with and chat with while the job was getting done. As a contractor myself, it always makes me feel good knowing there are still small businesses out there who truly care and will go the extra mile just to help a customer out. Josh was great. I was given a time range of when someone would come out, but Josh communicated with me via text in advance that he was able to come early and start. Josh and his colleague respected our property by not running our lights over and making sure that nothing was being hit by their big truck. I appreciate that detail very much. They where patient when my husband had to withdraw money from the bank,lol. The staff over the phone was polite and soft spoken. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them.

We were in need of a Septic Pump in Maple Valley, WA. Josh with Puget Sound Septic came out and was incredibly helpful. Not only pumping out our tanks but we had an alarm issue, he found that one of the floats was no longer properly zip tied and he re installed it properly. No more issues! The Yuk Truck Rocks!

Josh and his son Dallon showed up on time, did a fantastic job and took the time to take care of some loosened fittings in my pump system at no charge while also fixing a bad float at a minimal charge. Very knowledgeable for troubleshooting and left the site clean and secure. I highly recommend Puget Sound Septic!
