Use this vendor, whatever problems you got with your septics you won’t find a better solution. I called like 10 different places and his price was on par, but his service was above and beyond. He literally taught me how it works while he did it, and was enjoyable to. 10/10 would recommend

I can't say enough positive things about Josh, and the team at Puget Sound Septic! I had an issue with my drain field, and they came out the same day to troubleshoot and address. A septic issue is never fun to deal with so I think it's incredibly valuable to find someone you can trust. Josh didn't try and sell me a bunch of work I didn't need. He was upfront, transparent, and very fair with pricing. The work done exceeded my expectations. I will definitely trust them with work in the future if needed.

We had our septic system pumped out and they did an amazing job in a quick and efficient manner. There was one small mishap but they owned it and fixed. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

What's better than waking up New Year's Eve morning to the sound of the septic alarm? I called our regular service, left a message, didn't hear back. So I googled and called Puget Sound Septic. Kristy got me on the schedule for later that day. Josh arrived around 6:30pm, assessed the situation but couldn't make the repairs then. So he pumped out the tanks so we could safely use the system and said he'd be back tomorrow....i.e. New Year's Day! He arrived around 4:30 and worked until about 7:00, repairing and improving our system. We are needless to say extremely happy we found PSS and will certainly use them again. Josh is very personable, knowledgeable, and reliable. I don't have a basis for comparison on rates but they seem quite reasonable.

Josh came out did his job. Very personable. He explained the septic system how the 3 tanks work together and why we may have drain field problem from time to time clearly. Previous guys probably explained to me before, but never sunk in or something. Puget Sound septic will be servicing our house from now on.

Cannot recommend this place enough, Kristy informed me about the system when I called about a home that I was going to put an offer in on, and now after my first error as a homeowner, she saved the day (with Josh as well)! I didn't realize the pump was a small switch that was turned off and after some heavy rain my anxious self called them to get help and they walked me through it every step of the way! If this city girl can move into a house on septic with the help of these kind folks, you can also get a great service and kind people to help at your place 🙂

These guys are awesome! I called at 2:00 with a full septic and they were here at 4:00. So much knowledge for future.

We had an issue with our bathroom flooding. Had a plumber come out who was going to charge us a ton to do some work because of a “massive blockage”. Decided to have Puget Sound Septic come out and check our septic tank. The entire issue was because our filter needed cleaned. Josh recommended replacing the filter we had with a better model and said we didn’t even really need to pump our tank yet. I went ahead and had him do it anyway though since he was here. He also went above and beyond to verify that we didn’t even have any blockage in the pipes. All and all a great experience and I will definitely call Josh again for any of our septic tank needs!
